I have a passion for Asian and African countries and cultures, weird food stuff I encounter en route, and the need to document my travels. Usually I prefer Super-8 movie camera or some experimental film cameras as the quality and results are beyond any digital format.
And back home I experiment in my own kitchen, trying to recapture the tastes and smells I found on the road. Or if I'm lazy, I'll just watch Iron Chef ;)
